Hello Aspirants
Is Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (
ISB) your dream B-school? Wondering what's the
acceptance rate, especially with a
sub-700 GMAT score for ISB, and how to get into ISB in Round 3? Tune in
LIVE on YouTube on
Saturday, 18th March at 12pm IST to hear it from Kanika Sharma who secured an
admit from ISB in R3 recently that too with an unconventional GMAT Score of
680 (Q46 V38).
While we all know that most schools tend to have a
slightly higher rate of acceptance in R1/R2 over R3, it is certainly
not as difficult to get through in R3 as most people believe if you have the right guidance and profile. Kanika was told (and herself, too believed) that her
chances of getting into ISB are very
narrow as she did not have a 700+ score. However, her call with
GMATWhiz consultant solidified her belief that she can do it even with a
GMAT score lower than the known-average ISB acceptance score and there she is! With just a 680 on the GMAT, Kanika applied to ISB in R3 and successfully converted it.
In this interview, we discuss-what were the
important factors that Piyush Beriwala – her
GMATWhiz consultant considered in Kanika's case that made him confident about Kanika's conversion in R3 despite an average GMAT score. To get key
tips to build a winning application and
maximise your chances of getting into ISB, don't forget to join us for this live interview with Kanika! Stay tuned!
