Hi everyone! I just attempted the online GMAT this past Saturday and got a 720 (47Q, 42V, 8IR, 6AWA). After some careful thought, I think I will reattempt the online GMAT again in the upcoming month for the following reasons:
- the highest practice score I got was 760, so I know I'm capable of it
- now that I have at least the 720, I will be less nervous on test day and able to think more clearly
However, my dilemma is that I'm a medical student with very demanding hours (10-hour days + studying after). Therefore, I'm asking what you guys recommend as the most EFFICIENT way to improve my score to 750+ on the next retake. I have included some scores below to give you a better idea of where I was in practice. I've also done all the OG (including verbal + quant) questions on app.efficientlearning, so I can try to do those again or find new resources to work with.
GMAT 1 (cold diagnostic): 680 (45Q, 38V)
GMAT 2: 710 (49Q, 38V)
GMAT 3: 710 (48Q, 39V)
GMAT 4: 760 (50Q, 44V)
GMAT 5: 710 (44Q, 42V) - felt this was a flop, retook only the Q section and got a 49Q
GMAT 6 (saw a few questions I've seen before): 760 (49Q, 46V)
GMAT 1 retake (6 months later): 760 (49Q, 44V)
I'm planning to apply by September 2023, so I am ideally taking this test by the end of July, if not within the next 2-3 weeks. Thank you!
