Hi,
I have taken the exam two times and scored a Q49 and a Q48 respectively in my two attempts. I know that DS is my weakness and I practiced a lot during my last attempt but ended by scoring a Q47 in DS(according to my ESR). Can you please guide me on what I can do to improve on this in a week? My target score is a Q50. I have my exam in 20 days. I will really appreciate your help here.

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) On what dates did you take your 2 Official GMATs and how did you score on each (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
2) How long have you studied in total? How many hours do you typically study each week?
3) What study materials have you used so far? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
4) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
5) What is your overall goal score?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
While the ESR doesn’t provide a lot of information, there are usually a few data points that we can use to define what went wrong on Test Day (and what you should work on to score higher). Since you purchased the ESR for at least one of your attempts, then I'll be happy to analyze it for you.

I think doing untimed practice may be the key to your achieving your goal.
You need to learn to get DS questions correct consistently. So, you can practice untimed to take all the time you need to see the angles of DS questions and get them correct. Then, once you're getting them correct consistently, you can work on answering them faster.
For more on how to practice for the GMAT for best results, see this post. You might get particularly good results by using the streaks method mentioned toward the end of the post.
