Hi,
I gave my gmat exam(online delivery) yesterday and got 750. Today I received an email saying that my gmat exam has been flagged for administrative review.
For context, during my GMAT exam, while I was showing the proctor the room after the first optional break, using my laptop, I accidentally held it too hard and it crashed and so I got disconnected from the exam. I was able to connect back with the proctor and resume my exam without losing any time since the proctor had paused the exam. Also I used a normal bluetooth mouse and a keyboard for the exam but only after showing it to the proctor and the proctor had allowed me to use it explicitly.
Is it something I should worry about? I called gmat helpline today but they were not able to clarify that why my exam was flagged.

I read a similar instance for someone who scored a 750 and he had mentioned that its normal for scores above 700 in an online attempt to get selected for administrative reviews which gets cleared off in 1-2 days.
Since your score is a 750 it seems to be a normal scenario that it got flagged and ideally should get cleared off in 1-2 days.

Hopefully nothing to worry about. Fair to say these reviews are common. Had a retake student for example who went from a 700 to a 760 in about 10 days. The 760 Online went into review and took about 2-3 weeks to become Official.
