Can someone review my ESR and tell me where should I focus more? and what material should I use?
I am very disappointed with the results but can one of you please guide me on what to do next ? I want to give GMAT classic one more time on January 31st and I hope to scale my score from 460 to at least 560 - 600.
You are looking for a 100 - 150 points increase in 15 days - this is challenging. Until and unless there was a major reason (say sickness or headache etc.) because of which the Verbal did not go well, it will be hard. But if you do want to give it a fair shot, this is what I can suggest:
Improving in CR and SC is relatively faster. Have you gone through the curriculum of a test prep? Do you understand the various CR question types? Do you understand what grammar constructs GMAT prefers? You should begin with understanding the various CR question types and then try a few everyday while you work on SC.
In Quant, your correct and incorrect answers have moved in tandem - difficulty wise i.e. you did not get all questions of a particular difficulty level correct. It suggests that there are gaps in your fundamentals of some topics. Your ESR suggests that those gaps are in Arithmetic (Ratios, Percentages, Work Rate, TSD, Weighted Averages) and Sets and Statistics. So work on these in the next 15 days while practicing everything else.
By filling in these gaps, you may be able to raise your score by 100 points.
On my website, Super Sundays is going on - a program in which we make all our content accessible to everyone for free every Sunday. You can register at
https://anaprep.com to access it and fix some of the gaps. It will be available for the next 13 or so hours.
