Hi everyone,
I gave my GMAT Focus edition exam at a Test Center on 23rd January, 2024 at the 8.00 am slot. I completed the exam without any glitch, I also got my unofficial score and finished your exam screen at the end.
Although, I didn't receive any mail from examity saying that I completed my exam. (I don't know if I am supposed to receive this or not but read in a few online forums that people received it.) Its been 7 days since my exam and the status just says pending on my mba(.)com account.
I tried calling the GMAC support center but I don't why the call is getting automatically cut after the answering machine. I also raised a ticket but there's been no reply.
Can anyone help me with what does it mean or what should I do?

Hi ParishaS,
There are a couple of things you should check:
1. You took the test at a test centre (Pearson), but mentioned Examity (online). Check whether you're calling Pearson or Examity.
2. When did you call them? Pearson support is available Mon-Fri (0900-1800 for India).
Reach out to them (call/email), but you'll most likely get your score soon. We don't often see major issues with test-centre attempts.
