Hi, I'm preparing an admission for phd in US.
My GFE score is 695, and my previous gmat score (classic ver.) is 720.
I'm wondering which score is better to report.
My professor advised me to get score more than 740 on classic gmat, but I'm wondering gmat FE 695 is really same as classic GMAT 740. I need some advice please.
695 is great. It is equivalent to 740-750. Go for it.

Thank you for your response. But, I saw some posts that percentile would be changed a lot, and even 675 would be same as 700 (classic). So, I'm really worrying about this...! Can I ask your own opinion based on your students' experience?

Hi Omiza,

I agree that 695 is the better score (740-750). Well done.

Where have you seen these posts about percentiles changing a lot? GMAC hasn't released the new tables yet, so it's possible that whatever you're looking at is just speculation.

Hi Omiza,

I thin it's safe to report the 695. Great work!
