GMAT Scores

Question

Hi All,

I actually took my GMAT the day before yesterday and scored 715. The proctor mentioned that scores are usually received within 3-5 days. However, I received an email from GMAC yesterday stating that my scores are currently undergoing a routine security review, which may take up to 20 business days. Is there any issue?

Hi. There is no issue. There are always random or AI-driven checks and in 99% of cases they are done much faster and without any impact.

Congratulations for score.. since it was online test so expect official score within 10 days of exam...

It is probably just a false alarm but do you remember something unusual happening on the test day?

I also gave the GMAT on Sunday and absolutely bombed the test even got same score as you 715.
But I had absolutely horrible experience from taking It via online mode. Their software froze during startup and the proctor asked me to restart my PC. 
After going through the room check procedure over again I started my test in the order of Q-VR-DI. 
While there was no issue during Quant, during final questions of verbal immediately after receiving 5 mins popup the proctor paused my exam and asked me to move away from my PC as she said I was moving my head way too much. I panicked and took my hands away from desk near my lap, she said I just I was placing something in my pocket after ( all the room checking procedures even my closets and bedsheets in the room) she told me this is first and final warning and resumed my test.I still bombed DI after everything . 
Recived the same mail as you and I'm getting so nervous about this online experience. I should've gone to offline centre instead.

I heard back from them, they cancelled my scores. On the wesbite it says 'Testing Issue'. They've mentioned on the email that:"we noticed irregularities that are inconsistent with the GMATTM terms and conditions as described in the GMATTM Online Policies and Procedures you agreed to when you registered for the test."

I don't understand what the issue was. On the day of the exam, the proctor kept asking me to look into the camera. My exam was also paused in the middle and he rechecked the whole room again. What do I do??? How do I appeal to them?

I was literally in the middle of my applications. I don't know if I have got time for another attempt.

I got their reply, they cancelled my score. I will probably go for another attempt at the center.

Honestly, There wasn't any specific reason. I am not aware if there's anyting like schools not accepting online version.. couldn't find anything. I am a working professional and just thought it would be more convenient.

I know it's frustrated stay strong king, happened with me too I gave a call to folks at GMAT got the same as in email. I'll probably miss R1 due to this cried a lot yesterday. In my opinion GMAC should cancel online version. I'll need a mental preparation for exam centre thing I have no idea if appeal will work or not

Since I'm in no situation of re attempting in couple of days plus the essays will need some final touches too I'll aim for R2. I'll give my attempt in final days of September probably
