Will GMAC cancel my score for looking away from my screen to call a proctor and accidentally catching a glimpse of another candidates screen?
This will be a slightly long read but I would really appreciate if experts like

I first gave the GMAT FE in may 2024 and wasn't happy with my score, and decided to retake after 20 days in the middle of June 2024 to meet my university's deadline. During the test I needed to call a proctor to get another noteboard as mine was almost full. While announcing instructions before the beginning of the test the proctor was standing at the end of the room to my right, so I looked to see if he was still there (he wasn't), which is when my head accidentally moved a bit too much to the right and I caught a glimpse of another candidates screen for a second. I realized this looked like I was cheating and immediately looked back to my screen, realized there was a camera right above me from which I was being monitored and I was supposed to raise my hand up to the camera to call the proctor. I raised my hand and the proctor came, gave me a new noteboard, didn't issue any warning or say anything about my looking away from my screen and I continued the rest of my test. I got my official score the next day (40 points better than 1st attempt) and using that got admission into a university in Germany, applied for a study visa, and am waiting on its decision.
I thought that since the proctor didn't say anything and I got my official score and its been over 2 months with no notice or warning from GMAT that there was no problem. However I've recently read a lot of cases of people cheating on the online GRE, specifically by paying people to give the test for them, getting caught and getting their scores cancelled 1 to 3 years after, leading to them getting their admissions revoked, fired from jobs, banned from giving the GRE and many getting deported if they're an international student along with bans.
I genuinely did not cheat but I'm worried my behaviour looked suspicious and that my score may get cancelled after I begin my classes. Can any experts please tell me if this is a possibility? Have you seen any cases like this? Does GMAT review test footage months later and cancel scores for suspicious behaviour, despite the proctor not saying anything to the candidate? And if so what are my options right now? I don't want such a permanent stain on my record.
My first attempts score (of which I am certain I didn't do anything to get my score cancelled, besides the test starting late due to the test center having issues with the palm vein scanner and the proctor having to call pearsons official tech support) is also enough for admission into the university. should I get my 2nd score cancelled and ask my university to consider my admission on my first GMAT score instead? Do universities accommodate students this much or would they just revoke my admission because of how suspicious this all looks?
I'm thinking of emailing gmac at testsecurity to explain the whole situation, that I don't want to be in violation of any laws and policies and want to travel for my masters using only fair and legal means, but I just made a careless mistake, and ask if they can confirm if I am in violation of their rules, and if so can I be allowed to cancel my score? or retest? Would they be more lenient considering I am being honest and self reporting? Or would this make me look even more suspicious? I'm sorry if I'm rambling I'm just very scared and only have about a month to sort this all out before my classes are set to begin. I also believe I can convincingly explain how I improved 40 points in 20 days, specially since I left 1 quant question unanswered in my first attempt and didn't in my 2nd, which alone brought my score up a lot considering how big a penalty leaving questions unanswered in quant carries.
