GMAT DI Strategy -

I guys need advice on DI
I am unable to complete all the DI questions in time
At max I can complete 16-17 qns in time

Whats the strategy to complete all qns in time ??

Naveen, I am assuming that on Quant and Verbal front you are doing well, hence the concepts of the questions are not a problem. The problem is solely speed. I agree that MSR in DI does take an extra 2-3 mins (but the questions in MSR are usually simple and straight forward) and sometimes TPA can be time consuming but you should be able to save time on Data Sufficiency and Graphs and Tables. We take too much time because we often do unnecessary calculations.

Here are some videos on how unnecessary calculations should be avoided:

Data Sufficiency has gotten easier in Focus. It is less complicated and takes less time, especially the non Math type. A simple diagram could help you see the relations clearly.

Also, keep in mind, if a question seems to be too hard, a lot of complicated data etc, getting it wrong will not give you a huge penalty. On the other hand, missing last few questions will. Hence, a TPA question with a lot of data can be bookmarked to come back to later.
