First, I know that improving my score to 705 from 645 in 3 weeks must be a very long shot, but I have been studying for GMAT FE since this past June, totaling over 400 hours with stagnated results. I am desperate to ask for some help in strategizing my study plan so that I will not waste time just practicing problem sets for the sake of practice.
"Test Score Progress" shows all my scores on Mocks and 2 actual tests. The attachments below show the result of the latest test I took yesterday. My next test date is 12/07.
To give you some context on these results, first, from Quant, I was running out of time for the last three questions, so I needed to go faster than usual. Then, I needed to guess the final one. Throughout my prep, I have realized that my weakness is not reading the questions carefully, which trips me up, although I understand the fundamentals. Also, I tended to rush to write something on scratch paper, confusing me down the road, so I was cautious not to miss some modifiers in the questions. My math fundamental is pretty strong, so I have devoted almost 2/3 of my study hours to quant to excel at it (getting 88,89,90). However, as you can see, the score has been hovering at around 81-84, which has been very frustrating given the time commitment. My study routine is to solve GMAT CLUB Forum questions, mostly from 705-805+ range difficulty from the subcategories I find weak (combinatorics, number property, exponents, and roots in particular), within 2 minutes.
However, this has not worked well since I have not progressed on the quant score, and I feel lost.
Next, on Verbal, I spent too much time on the first RC passage, which caused me to skip the last RC passage and guess three questions because I did not have enough time to read it. I changed my RC strategy after watching the YouTube Gmat Ninja RC tutorial, which emphasizes understanding overall structures rather than details. That has improved my scores on practice sets, but I failed the time management part of the exam.
Lastly, I am unsure how to tackle a two-part analysis on DI. The first time I took the test, I luckily got 82 on DI, but it was just luck since my practice test results have fluctuated a lot. I usually do not have problems with medium-difficulty graphs and tables/MSR questions, but it takes too much time when it comes to hard ones, and I have no idea how to solve these within the 2-minute range correctly.
Sorry for this lengthy post; I really need help from GMAT experts as I am starting to feel burned out by these stagnant results, and I do want to get my goal score (705) by the end of this year. I know my prep will likely last into next year, but I would appreciate any help/advice on strategizing my study plan hereafter. Thank you!

Hi Masayasu_0920,
I do think it's a good idea to focus on improving our understanding of the passage as a whole rather than getting bogged down in the details, but as you mentioned, that extra understanding will affect time management. Usually what we need to do in these situations is to make that time up on the questions. So if you're taking extra time on the passage, you need to spend less time on the questions. I'm not sure whether you're already actioning this, but the good news is that, from what I've seen, this works out for most people.
If I may ask, was the third question in your verbal section (7.2 minutes) the first question of an RC passage? I see that the next 3 questions were all in the ~1-1.5 min range.
