Given your background and goals, either exam could work, since European, UK, and Australian MBA programs generally accept both the GMAT and GRE.
If you’ve been preparing for the GMAT for years without breaking through your score plateau, the GRE may give you a fresh start and could feel less frustrating. For your target schools, a competitive GMAT Focus score is typically around 605–635+, while a competitive GRE score is usually in the 315–325+ range.
Since your GRE mock scores are already in the low 300s without deep preparation (302 and 314), you may find it easier to push the GRE into the mid-310s than to move your GMAT Focus score significantly higher.
