If you are a native english speaker, TTP will be fine for you. But if you are an international candidate, then Egmat has pretty much been the gold standard. Their SC section used to be the holy grail for verbal prep with solid CR prep. RC has always been a function of how good you are in reading and comprehending stuff and the other sections.
For Quant however, Egmat in my opinion has been just okay, while TTP has been an overkill. I'd probably stick to just utilising Gmatclub's mock test subscriptions and filter out official questions and just practice them (given you have some baseline understanding of mathematics). If you are starting afresh, then probably going through GmatClub's online study plan that they created for Quant will be more than enough which encapsulates Bunuel + GmatNinja's resources. So, I would the free resources plus paid Gmatclub's mock test subscription for Quant.
Goodluck!
