Hi gmatftw777,
The people behind that company are well-known members of the GMAT prep community, so you should most likely be fine. That said, you're right to be careful. Maybe you could reach out to them and confirm that (a) you'll access the official tests on the official platform and (b) you'll get all the attempts included with the tests. The second one is important, as some people sell ~shared logins/access. Basically, just make sure that you can activate and access the tests on your own official mba.com accoount and that you don't have to share logins.
I don't know about mba.com's current policies, but if I remember correctly, when I purchased official practice tests worth ~$3-4,000 from mba.com, they didn't give me a discount
. More generally though, we need to watch out for a bunch of other things, like scams where people either don't get the product/service or get something purchased with a stolen card.

I bought these myself 6 months ago and the code worked and no issues and as mentioned, these guys have a significant reputation on GMAT Club
