Well there ARE programs out there of course. But I feel that mostly you have to go soooo down the list that it becomes questionable whether or not it's worth your while to do the MBA. A few things I would like to point out though - one year regular MBA programs exist with a few exceptions only in Europe, so if you are aiming for the States, you should reconsider doing EMBA programs too. As for which schools you can apply to, well there are lots, I would suggest starting with the rankings, and look at schools ranked 50 or lower, paying special attention to the average GMAT score of applicants.
