and thanks for writing us here!
Before I answer you, I have a few questions:
1. Do you have actual reports? If so, how many? and what is the scope of your leadership?
2. I get the feeling that you have done a lot of training, but am not sure I understand if it is technical or not, and of how many people you yourself trained, and finally whether this is online or if you are actually flying across the world to do so?
3. What are your post-MBA goals??
If you answer these questions, I may be better able to evaluate you.
Also, why would it be a bad idea to apply to HBS R2?? It's a great idea! with a 3.0 GPA it's a challenge to be sure, but with hard work some faith and some luck, who knows??? the sky is the limit!
