In that case, things look pretty good. You gotta make a good case to the school for your personal potential as a leader, and for the growth of your company. also, do what you can to show that NOW is the moment for you to apply (and not later) and I think you will have a good shot at Top 10 schools. (I assume you will be applying next year R1??? As it's already pretty late to think about R2).

since your focus is in Finance, I'd look at HBS, Columbia, Wharton, Tuck, Sloan, booth, NYU, Duke, and Johnson as a safe school for starters.

And regarding your GMAT - well a 750 is much better than a 720. you don't need to retake but if you think you have a good chance of getting higher, it can''t hurt. On the other hand if you feel a 720 is near your max, don't bother killing yourself. A 720 is higher than all schools' averages anyhow...
