25/Male/Asian(Born outside of states)
Work Experience
3 yrs as manager in a family business(small) - Had a lot of responsibilities and product research
1 yr as Sales Associate at Radio Shack - Top 4 sales in the district/acted as manager on occasion. Had many permanent managerial duties
6 months as small business specialist at Bank of America - #1 ranked associate out of 500. Consistently exceeded goals.
I have 9 months to a year until I apply in rd1. In that time, I will have a new job(applications are already out). So imagine another 9 months to a years worth of experience in either a consulting or finance manor.
Gmat
700, I also will have time to take the GMAT one more time before working. I believe I can reach 20-40 pts higher.
College
University of South Florida - BS Business Administration + Finance. Minor in International Business. GPA: 3.24
The GPA is low because I was immature. I plan to explain in my essays that i have learned from my immaturity and arrogance. Do you think this is a good angle?
Extracurricular
Magic card game(strategic card game) - 0.2% ranking in the world. Founding member of group that has cumulatively earned over 100k in prizes, invitations to multiple pro-tours(highest level of competition) around the world(such as CA, Berlin, Amsterdam, Japan, Canada)
League of Legends - platinum ranked player(top 1.5%). Leads a team
Local Volunteering Club - Founder of group. Organize volunteer events in our local area.
I know that some of my EC activities are games but they require teamwork and intelligence to succeed. The two games along with my exp at radioshack and BoA show that I am very competitive and always strive to be among the best.
Targets
Top 5. I don't have a truly clear picture of where I stand, but I imagine it will be challenging to get into the top 5. However, until I am sure, I don't intend to let pragmatism get in the way of a dream.
I plan to apply in R1 of the next year.
Post MBA
My interest would be to work in consulting with finance being a strong interest as well.

Hey there,
Overall everything looks pretty good. You have a good GMAT, a good GPA (yes, good! not awesome, but still good!), solid work experience, some volunteer stuff and ECs. The main two things in your specific profile I would think about:
1. Where is your career going? - Right now maybe your WE seems a bit on the weak side. It's not necessarily the classic corporate trajectory. You have some small family business stuff, retail work... and it's not necessarily the most impressive work. It's not bad either (actually it's up to YOU to make it seem awesome), and it's good that you are moving on and up, but it's also very important that you build a clear and cohesive story as to what you want, where you are going, and how you plan to get there.
2. Uniqueness - I do like the gaming stuff as it is unique, and I think you need to find to take a way to use this well - to metaphorize perhaps the intelligence and strategy required with gaming (along with your success) and show how it can be useful elsewhere. But besides that, you want to make sure you are getting out a few unique points in your application.
Finally, regarding your GPA, you don't need to worry about it. 3.2 is good. And you don't need to explain it away.

There is one thing I forgot to add. It would be great to get your opinion on this. I have been mentoring a person for a few years now. My pupil has gone from a 2.2 gpa, nearly failing high school, dropping out of college once already to being sober and on the path to a 4.0 this college semester among other improvements. We meet 3 times a week and I help him with academic, personal issues, and career planning. I really enjoy teaching and motivating. Do you think this would mundane since it's not a part of an organization like big brother, big sister? My instinct was to try to add it to my EC as kind of a uniqueness factor.
