Hey Debarshi,
Thanks for filling me in here. So, overall things look pretty good. You have a great GMAT, solid grades and work for a good firm. I think this would set you up to apply for schools in the range of 10-30. I think top 10 will be a bit of a stretch for you, as your profile is a bit "middle of the road" and you come from a very large and very competitive pool. But you do have some good stuff, there, so I have hopes that the 10-30 range will do you well. Your chances might change depending on what other unique aspects you can emphasize in your profile. Right now, I haven't got a handle exactly on what is most unique about you and what you are doing, but that also is something that comes out with time. But think about it already: What can you emphasize in your profile to make your application unique? Cause they will have many applicants who will have quite similar profiles and also be strong. Do what would make the AdCom choose YOU over the other folks??? It's something you need to think about, and then to get in your application.

I hope these thoughts help you get started. And if you need anything else, just drop a line.

Hi John,

I am still on able to narrow down on schools. Also, I have a requirement for 100% Cost of Attendance funding through aid/loans.

Could you suggest some schools which I should be looking at?

Look at schools like Kenan-Flagler, Kelly, Anderson, Goizueta, Babson. Those are good places to start.
