Demographics: Indian, 35 years
Experience:
11 years in IT with international exposure: India, Japan, UK and USA.
Worked with multiple multinational companies, but all in technical capacities. Closest to handling managerial responsibility was when I worked as a Team Lead / Onsite Coordinator for 3 years and had to manage client expectations, offshore team, work breakdown structure etc.
Right now I am working as an Individual Coordinator for the last 2.5 years in one of the leading Product Development companies located in the Bay Area.
Education:
B.E. - 74%
XII - 79.6%
X - 78%
Have a patent pending!
No extracurriculars which I can proudly mention - apart from representing my college cricket team, organizing industrial trips while in college etc.
Planning to appear for GMAT in mid August. Target is to get into a part time program and eyeing EWMBA @ HAAS.
Please let me know my chances, if any. Also, what is the GMAT score I should aim for? Any other suggestion?

Well, for any EMBA there are two main considerations (the GMAT is very important too, but less than for a regular MBA) First is your current experience: How much leadership do yo have? What are your prime achievements? How many promotions did you get? Have you moved up fast? Got lots of awards? The second thing is in terms of post MBA - Is your workplace funding your MBA? Do you have a guaranteed managerial spot to return to? All of these things will greatly influence your chances to get.
