Well dude it doesn't answer EVERYthing, but at least we can chat now that I have better idea ;)

So let's look at things overall: Work stuff is very solid. Con is not working for a huge famous company, but pro is that you have done veeeeeery well and have leadership (which folks in smaller companies might not have). Another pro is obviously your work abroad which should be highly appreciated. Shame about that UG GPA, and if you have a good reason for it, I'd suggest you write about it in your essays.

The toughest thing though is probably your applicant pool. Indian/Male/IT. Thankfully you have both leadership and international experience to make you different, and I would lean heavily on both of them as well anything else you have that might make you stand out as unique. A lot will ride on your GMAT, so if you can get that 700+ you should, and if you can apply this year, you should too.

What schools would work for you? Depends on your GMAT, but let's say that the top few will be far stretches even if you break a 720 (I mean INSEAD, IMD, LBS, maybe IE, maybe IESE). So schools like HEC Paris, Warwick, Said, ESADE, Manchester would be where I would start (but still you DO need that GMAT in any case!)

Good luck with your GMAT, and if you got any, anything at all, you just ask away,

One last question.

If I change my residency to Australian Permanent resident, how much will it have an impact on my chances especially in INSEAD, IMD and Cambridge Judge?
and what's your opinion about IIMA PGPX?

Changing your residency status won't change anything really.
As for the IIMA PGPX program, you might be a bit young and inexperienced for it at the moment, and I'm not 100% sure that it fits.
