Hello there my friend,
Sooo starting out things look pretty good from where I stand. At least on the numbers side. Great GMAT, Great GPAs, so fantastic work there.
Work experience seems quite solid, and even if you are from a tough pool, you seem to be on the top of that pool, so that will help a lot. Plus your US experience will be invaluable.
For the schools you are aiming which are the top of the top, there are still a few things I need some more info on dude, before I can really advise you as well as I'd like. For starters where your work, and how your progress in your job matches up to others in similar positions. Next, you have these two totally awesome sounding firms (the non profit and consulting), but I don't yet know anything about them (how big they are, how many employees, what their future looks like). And these things will make a HUGE difference in these top schools. If the school gets the impression that the two firms are small side projects, it will be a TOTALLY different story than if they feel that these firms are on their way to massive success (so guess what your job is?

)
Other than that dude, your main mission is to STAND out in the AdCom, so that they don't confuse you with anyone else...
Your school list is maybe a bit on the tough side, but I like that actually, even if you come from a super-competitive pool. You are young, you got your dreams, and you have to go for them. Worst case? You try again next year. But I think you have a shot, so try and make your applications sooooo awesome that it happens THIS year.
Hope this helps you out, and if you want to add any more info, or ask further, just shoot away,
