It does... It unfortunately makes things a bit harder. Both becuase of the size of the applicant pool and the amazing GMAT scores of Indian candidates. So just readjust my evalaution a wee bit downwards to try and factor that in. (let's say.. and this is very approximate... but that the 10-20 range is a abit out of range now perhaps... but again this evalaution is quite rough without going deep deep into detail)
