HI,
Thanks for taking a look at the below profile.
1. I work as a Business development/ Project manager for an consumer goods/pharmaceutical distributor. I handle a team of 24 people and over 20 separate multinational brands. Priorities are in-store marketing, identifying new products to launch in the country( i get to travel overseas to europe, asia etc. to meet suppliers / attend exhibitions), supply chain management etc. I will be in this role for over 3.5 years by september 2014.
2. GMAT: 690, Q:48, V:37; IR 7.0; AWA: waiting for the official score.
3. Undergrad: University of Bath, UK. BSc Hons. in Business Admin.2010 GPA : 3.0
4. Extra curriculars: Debating Society at uni. Organised blood drives. Regular volunteer at film festivals. Active community roles are limited to my time in the UK. In the middle east, where I am based currently, such opportunities are extremely limited.
5. Further education: Currently undergoing PMP certification + project management training
6. Target schools: Rotman, Simon, Foster, Jones etc. I am hoping you can recommend some programs that are good for consulting/ strategy in the US that I can get into with my current background and gmat. Or schools that will help me to get into the energy sector ( US or canada). I aim to complete my apps by the R2 deadline.

Hey dude,
thanks for dropping by. So I am assuming you have UK citizenship. Although your GMAT is not sky high, and your GPA is on the low side your leadership is very impressive and your industry very strong, and I should hope that at the schools you listed you should have a shot. I would stay clear of mentioning the change from pharma to energy, cause it will confuse a whooooole lot of people. So I would say to strengthen your profile stick to some sort of "energy story". It'll be more plausible.
In the US I'd say the fair game schools for you are those ranked 10-40 (this under the assumption that you are a UK), The 10-20 range will be your "Dream school" range buuuuuuut you DO have this great leadership in a strong industry, so if there is one school in this range you totally love, you can think about adding it. Otherwise, for energy the two Texan schools McCombs and Jones are the strong players outside the Top 10.

Actually, I am Indian. ( schooling in MIddle east, Bachelor's in UK. Work experience in UK and Qatar).
