Okay dude! Now we're talking!

So first of all your work experience is pretty good. Retail banking is not necessarily the strongest industry in finance you can come from, but your leadership of a team of 8 is fantastic, and this is one of your greatest strengths if not your greatest, so use that a lot! But you do have a few big challenges in your profile. First and foremost is your GRE which works out "officially" to about 600-610, but the GRE is usually seen as less good than the GMAT, and for most of the schools on your list it is just too low. Your applicant pool that you are coming from (Indian, Male non top school) will make things even tougher, and these two things together makes your school list unrealistic.

So now you need to choose - do you aim to retake the GRE (or better yet take the GMAT) OR make some big compromises on your school list. The thing I would suggest of course is to retake your GMAT. You really do want to try and get into the best Bschool possible and with your current GRE it's not likely to happen. Plus, since you are pretty young and since anyhow R2 is over for US schools, it's probably better than you wait until R1 2014 to apply. Which gives you about 7 months to take the GMAT.

I know it's probably not exactly what you hoped to hear… but I thinks its good to take a realistic view of your profile.

Hope this helps,
JF
