Fujitsu Consulting : SAP Basis for more than 12 months(current)
HCL Technologies : SAP Basis for 24 months. One promotion with highest rating
Altruist Technologies : Telecom VAS for 16 months
2. GMAT
690 (Q49, V34, IR7, AWA 5.5)
570 (Q49, V20, IR3, AWA 6)
Writing TOEFL on 12 Jan
3. Educational Background
Majored in Computer Engineering from Kurukshetra University in 2009. My college doesn't use the GPA system; I scored 70.3% overall.
12th -- 78%
10th -- 76%

Member of Student Technical Education Society at college
Organised cultural festival at college
Member of the go green council and worked for education to support staff and gaurds at office

5. Target programs: Please help me with colleges as i want to apply for fall 2014 intake and scholarship will be highly required to fund my MBA. I have in my mind colleges as Mays, WP Carey, UTDallas. Please help me find more colleges in US/Canada
6. Post-MBA goal
Most of my work centers around Strategy and IT Consulting into big organisation that directly co relate to end-users/consumers.. An MBA will provide me, among other things, the right opportunities.
To be clear i like speaking to people understanding their requirements and then designing strategy to increase profits. I want to relate with organisation that influence lives of common users. But i am not sure where does this field lies and is a bit different from my current profile

Hey there good sir,
From what you have written here I'd say that the schools you are aiming for seem pretty reasonable. The 20-50 range should be about right for you. I think hoping for a scholarship at these schools may be a bit much though.
Your profile is overall pretty good - good GMAT, good work experience, but right now for me I am missing that SPECIAL THING. The profile that the Adcoms most often see is your Indian Male Tech with a good GMAT and good work experience. But they need something MORE. They need not good, but EXCEPTIONAL! And if not that, then UNIQUE, or PASSIONATE (okay that's a lot of CAPS... I hope you'll forgive me
)
But basically to put it in a nutshell - they are gonna see another 1000 applicants with a similar profile to yours. So why would they choose YOU? That is your key to getting accepted.

Hi Jon...
thanks for the evaluation...i just went through the video from you about deadlines round 1 or 2 or 3 and you strictly say no to round 3 untill unless there something really very different from others....that helped me a lot so i have dropped the idea to apply in round three to some US schools...please give me your point of view on two more schools...mc master degroote and schulich india+ canada program....as i am already late for the schulich FT canada program...i am taking in mind my scholarship/funding help in mid as without that i cannot pursue MBA
