Hey there good sir,
That sounds about right. And now that you let me know that you already took the GMAT twice, it makes a bit less sense to consider a retake.

As far as your logic regarding GRE vs. GMAT goes, I'm not sure I agree. I don't think schools will be fooled by a GRE score, and on the contrary, since it's not "their test" my feeling is that even though there are equivalences between GRE and GMAT that the GRE score is considered a bit "weaker".

So try and get as many of those schools you can in on R1, and the very best of luck,
