I gave GMAT on 12th July 2014 and received 670 score. Official score for AWA is awaited.
1) Brief description of your full-time work experience.
I have 11 years of work experience which include
1 year onsite(Protective Life Insurance Company - Elgin - Illinois L1-B specialization) and 2007
2 years for ( Jackson National Life Insurance company - Lansing, MI, on L1-A visa management role). 2011 - 2012
2 Business trips on B1 VISA appx 6 months total - Dallas, TX 2006 and Lansing - MI 2010
I am working for Computer Sciences Corporation for past 10 years and prior to that I worked for Syntel India Ltd. My current designation at Computer Sciences Corporation is Professional 2 : System Programmer Analyst which is equivalent to a Technical Lead. Earlier I used to handle a team of 5, but current organizational changes have forced me to take up Technical Lead role.
2) My GMAT score is 670. Official AWA score is awaited.
3) College info: I have a B.Tech degree (2003) from National Institute Of Technology, Warangal, AP India with GPA of around 2.7 in Computer Science and Engineering
4) Significant college and post-college extra-curricular activities or community service, especially leadership experience.
I lead a team of 5 in 2011 to 2012 at onsite - Jackson National Life Insurance representing Computer Sciences Corporation.
5) Important certifications. I am FLMI-level 1 certified. This is certification in Life Insurance domain.
6) Target programs. I am planning to have 1 Year Full-Time MBA program from US
7) Plan to apply? I am planning to apply for R1 for Spring/Fall 2015 batch.
8)Post-MBA goal. I would like to pursue my goals as a Consultant for IT companies
Kindly suggest Universities which accept this score and work ex.

Hey there Rahul,
Thanks for dropping by!
So you do have some challenges in your profile - namely being an older Indian candidate, and having a low GPA, but I think if you can show good work experience in your essays, you can do a good job. It won't be Tier 1 schools, but there are plenty of other good programs for you out there.
I don't know if you are interested, but there are a LOT of one-year programs in Europe. Int he US, the programs I'd suggest looking into are:
Mendoza,
BU,
Babson
Hugh
Katz
Graziado
Atkinson
