Could you please evaluate my profile, advise me on target schools & help me point out my strengths & weaknesses?

GMAT : GMAT1 :580 (Q46, V25, IR2, AWA4).
GMAT2 :640 (Q49, V28, IR3, AWA4). My exam was delayed almost 2 hours because of technical issues at the center.
GMAT3 :730 (Q49, V39, IR7, AWA4.5). I lost sleep the night before the test day.
Education :
IT Engineer from HUST (Top technical university in VN).
GPA- 7.44/10
Professional Experience:
1 year: software developer/ my company is a member of the biggest Posts and Telecommunications Group in VN
1 year: sales executive/ Samsung VN (consumer electronics). Put an enormous amount of effort to change job because I always have passion for business in the high-tech industry.
2 years: Regional Retail manager /Promoted/ Samsung VN (consumer electronics), led a sales team of 50 members
2 years: Nationwide Retail manager /Promoted/ Samsung VN (consumer electronics), led a sales team of 140 members (plan on manpower & investment; recruit; set target, KPI, salary, reward/ penalty policy...)
Set up a pharmaceutical store (3 years, monthly revenue ~$10K)
Extra-curricular:
Form & lead a tennis club at work
Manager of a social group, supporting MBA applicants (1 year)
Participating some charitable activities at the university & at work
Career goals:
Short term: To develop a career in business development in technical giants (Apple, Google, Microsoft...)
Long term: Start my own technical firm.
Target schools:
R1: Haas, UCLA, McCombs, McDonough.
R2: Stern, Emory, Marshall, Foster
My 1st priority is location

, Cali is the best. I also like Chicago, Columbia, MIT, Kellogg but I think these schools are beyond my reach because I need some financial aid for MBA from the university if I get accepted.
