So I have posted before on this forum for a profile evaluation and I consider a lot of trajectories.
I will try and simplify the situation.
Current Standing ( Point A ):-
UG from Manipal University ( Top 10 in Private Engineering Colleges in India , Top 20 Overall ) - BE Computers with a score of 6.98/10 -> Top 40% of Class.
GPA Trend after First Semester is Up, Down, Down, Down, Up, Up, Up ( Since this is a relevant factor )
Excuse : Was working part-time.
Internships: Ernst & Young - 2 Months. MIT Manipal - 6 Months Research Project.
Extra Curriculars : Part of IEEE Student Branch. Winner/Runner Up at some competitons in college.
Achievements : Co-founded Digital Media startup. Incorporated the company. Profitably running for 3 years now. Was a director at 3D printing Startup for a year during college.
Was freelance consultant for SMBs during college. ( This is the part time work experience im referring to )
Have Job offers from IBM India as Associate Software Engineer & Google as Associate Account Strategist.
Both are entry level roles. IBM is Business Consulting role and Google is Marketing & Advertising role.
GMAT 730.
Where I need to get ( Point B ):-
MBA From Ivy League and into Management/Strategy Consulting ( MBB Firms )
Target Universities :
Columbia
Dartmouth
Harvard
UPenn
Non Ivy :
Duke
Northwestern
UMichigan
UCLA
Question : What should I do? Do you think I have a decent chance to get into Ivy leagues with such a profile ? Should I pursue the job offers and try and do exceedingly well?
OR
Should I go for a masters program in the middle and try get a better masters GPA to strengthen my chances?

Hello there,
So, I will give you the honest (and perhaps a bit disappointing) answer: Forget top 10 schools. You have a great GMAT that is true, but with a low GPA and as a non-IIT candidate, who is also Indian/Male/Tech, they will just have too many options of candidates with those great grades and the IIT diploma. Even your non-Ivy League schools are likely to be quite challenging. Instead, concentrate your energies where they will reap rewards! Look at schools in the 10-30 ranking.
And don't let anyone tell you that you can't reach your dreams if you don't go to HBS! It's not true! Although I do recommend going to the BEST school you have get into. Here are my four quick tips for choosing an MBA: https://bit.ly/814GmatC.

Would it help if I went for a masters program in a reputed university in the US? Will that help me recover some lost academic confidence and put me closer to elite applicants?
