Hey there,
So, you start off with a pretty good basis - a very good GMAT and likewise with the GPA. Two big names on your resume won't hurt either.

Going against you may be the fact that you come from a non Ivy, and your lack of leadership (but you may be able to pull out more than you think out of your profile, so I wouldn't pass judgment yet

) But those are just minor things. Actually, the major issue in your profile as is (and the easiest one to fix) is that your goals may be your dreams, but from the perspective of the ADCom they make little sense (and if you apply with them would likely not help your application). They would be asking themselves "Okay, so this dude wants to go into RE? What experience does he have? What are his matching skills? How does this make sense?"
Sooo, you may want to reconsider that.
Otherwise, I think you are good to go for Kellogg and Booth. I think you will have better chances at Kellogg, but in a certain way you are in the perfect situation with your school list (which is otherwise a bit challenging). You know you want to stay in Chicago, so you apply to the two good Chicago programs. And then what happens, happens. And if you don't get in, you can always expand geographically or look into PT programs next year.
So, just go for it! And make sure you tell both schools that you are planning on staying in the city.
And good luck!
Best,
Jon
