Please evaluate my profile and also help me answer some of the queries below. Any feedback is welcome.
GMAT Score - 750
Verbal -42
Quant - 49
AWA - 4
IR - 7
Education - B.E. Electronics and Instrumentation and Msc. Economics from BITS Pilani (cgpa - 7.91/10)
Work Experience - 1 year in Analytics and from the past 1.5 years I have been working in Business Intelligence and currently leading 2 teams. I am planning to apply in R2 this year and by the time I join I would have over 3 years of workex. Other than this I have done 2 internships with an investment bank and an economic research institute for 6 months each.
What schools can I target? Is it possible to get into the top schools with this profile in R2?

Well, what can I say? Your GMAT totally ROCKS!!!
(You knew that though)...
For the rest, looks pretty good - you have some leadership and diverse activities, and so on.
Now you can for sure, on the virtue of your GMAT alone apply to Top 20 schools. Whether it is top 20, top 15, top 10, or top 5 will depend on the rest of your profile (basically I'm lacking info!!!!)

I am an Indian Female working for the past 2.5 years in business intelligence and Analytics (1 year in Analytics and 1.5 years in business intelligence). Both the companies are startups/ startup like and so I don't have any big brand name on my resume.
In terms of my work done towards social responsibility, I tutor under- privileged high school kids on weekends. During my graduation i was a member of AIESEC and organised a day-long event for over 300 under- privileged kids.
