I am an Indian Female with 5 years work experience.
I am a Chartered Accountant (equivalent to US CPA) and have also completed my masters in commerce (advanced accounting and taxation).
I worked with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) for 3.3 years in statutory audits and risk analysis and since Mar 2011 working with Maersk Line as a business process expert and internal audit (Manager).
My GMAT Score is only 550 (V24 Q43 IR4 and AW6).
Extra curricular: 1. An active member at a non profit organization for a community to work towards women safety, education and helping in employment opportunities.
2. Volunteer Work as part of PwC CSR activities for Teach for India organization as an educator for maths.
3. Member of a NGO since 4 years working towards children education
Career Goals:
Aspire to build up a career in corporate banking sector.
With this low GMAT score would it make sense to apply to b-schools like Sloan, Ross, Columbia, Kenan Flagler, Duke, UCLA (Anderson) or am I being too ambitious? Please advice.
