I am a 26yo Asian Female.
1. WE
--1yr financial service/audit at Deloitte, (audit, pre M&A services, financial mgmt. advisory etc for automobile industry)
--8mo: PwC business consulting (focus on new technology, big data, business intelligence, promoted to senior associate in 6mo),
--1 year: co-founded a technology start-up as a platform promoting healthy lifestyle and offer related services to urban residents in China, connected with 6 organic farms, 12 national lifestyle and healthcare suppliers and serving 230,000 urban users as for now
2. GMAT 730 96% , Quant 50 89%, Verbal 38 84%, AWA 6 92%, IR 8 92%
3. IUB Kelley, Finance, Technology management; GPA 3.2, too Low but I was running my web-store distributing computer accessories for 3 years in college
4. 4 years till present: Volunteered Counselor for students with problematic behaviors (Grade 1-5)
5. Passed CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) exam, need more work exp to qualify for certification
6. Keep growing the startup and offer extended healthcare related services in boarder global context (will this look like I'm the typical asian applicants that will disapper after graduation?
Target: Stanford, HBS, CBS and Yale. What do you think? Could you recommend some safe schools?

Hey hey,
Well there, thanks for writing!
So so far so good. You have two good solid consulting firms on your resume, and what seems to be a pretty decent thing going with your business (I'd love to hear more). Your US School is pretty good (although the grades are as you pointed out a bit on the low side).
Veeeery roughly, I think that you can apply to Top 20 schools. Limiting yourself to only Top 5 or 6 without a GPA over 3.5 and a Top school UG is quite risky. So have a look at the other schools in the Top 20, and then apply to a range of schools. (HBS, CBS, Yale would be stretches.... then schools like Kellogg, Kelly, Ross would be about competitive, and then you can find a safe school or two).
