Hey everybody
I would be highly obliged if you could evaluate my profile.
DEMOGRAPHIC: 27 Years old Indian (Male)
Commerce background
GMAT
1st Attempt (September 2012) 570 Q 36 V 32 IR 5
2nd Attempt (august 2013) 600 Q 49 V 23 IR 7
3rd Attempt (December 2013) 620 Q 44 V 32 IR 5
4th Attempt (February 2015) 700 Q 47 V 39 IR 1
I am quiet shocked to see my IR score 1 in my last attempt, But as you can notice that in my previous attempts i have scored as high as 7.
So i am hoping that my shocking IR score wont be a party spoiler.
EDUCATION:
10th standard 87%
12th standard 84%
i did my graduation from University of Delhi (school of open learning)
i got my Business diploma in marketing from IMT (distance learning ) and was placed in 1ST division
WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years
I own a family business of whole sale trading of agricultural implements such as Submersibles, centrifugal pumps, motors, PVC pipes etc.
i have been assisting my father in his business from the age of 21,when i was a young boy, till date, when i am 27.
In all these years i have learned a lot, Maybe not more than my fellow applicants,who have worked in MN C's , But definitely not less.
cons:
Too many GMAT attempts.
pros:
progress in score in every gmat attempt
i have handled every single position that one can imagine in his/her business
such as Sales, marketing, accountancy etc
Target business schools : rotman school of management Toronto Canada
NYU stern USA
I am looking forward to pursue my MBA in finance
QUESTIONS : What programmes do you believe i should focus on ?
Are my ambitions totally off base?

Well first of all, I believe you deserve a big slap on the back there for having gotten that great GMAT score. Hard work does indeed pay off!
Now, before I answer your question about your profile, I'd LOVE to get a bit more info from you - like about how big your firm is - how many employees, what sort of turnover, it's place within the local market, as well as your expansion plans over the next year. Feel free also to give over some info about your leadership experience.
Once you get me this info, I'll get right back at you!

GMAT : No attempts yet .
Will do so with in next 2 months or so. should get around 720 (Sure of that)
EDUCATION:
10th standard 79%
12th standard 79% (wasn't really into studies)
GRADUATION :
B.Tech :70.07% with honors from Gurunanak dev University
I did my Schooling from various schools as my father is a defense personnel
Total Work experience: 44 months in Accenture services (IT industry --nothing special except for the quality of work)
36 months out 44 is in Banking domain for my client ABC.
Involved in various implementations and played a variety of roles including but not limited to requirement gathering,development,presentation, testing ,mentoring and knowledge transfer.
Extra curricular:
1.House captain and went on to become school captain.
2.Played twice under 16 nationals in cricket, under 16 Zonal in Badminton and football.
3.Was a member of AIESEC.
4.Member of Toastmasters.
5.Member of Technical students society in the college and organized technical festival.
6.Captain of Computer science department football team.
7.Captain of Delivery Unit cricket team in accenture.
8.Point of contact for employee giving program drive.
9.Part of CSR activities.
Work Related:
1.Team Ace award
2.Maverick Award
3.Several other recognition's.
