Please let me know if my profile is good enough for my target schools

Target Schools - Anderson,Haas, Johnson, Tuck, ISB, Tepper,UNC,Ross,Darden

Work Exp- 4 years (at the time of matriculation)
 Highlights of Work Ex: 
1.5 Years at ZipDial ( a startup that was acquired by Twitter. Worked for Twitter for 6 months in the 1.5 years)-I was the leader of all incoming projects and managed them single handedly. My main focus was Project Management,Key Account Management(Held the Unilever Project Portfolio and Coca Cola Portfolio) and Analytics.

1 Year- Co-Founder of my own startup-Leading Growth,Marketing and Operations. I also code(learnt it by myself) . My startup got covered by Forbes recently and also got coverage in The Next Web,Product Hunt, NDTV(A Major media House in India). The advisor to my startup is a Director at Spotify(for recommendation letter).

6 Months at Ashok Leyland(India's 2nd Largest Heavy Vehicles Manufacturer) in the Six Sigma Team.

For Recommendations Letters: Worked Directly Under the COO and Founder at ZipDial(Now Director of Product at Twitter) and also under the Director of Client Partnerships at ZipDial(Head of Growth Operations at Twitter and Director of Business Alliances at IMI Mobile).

Extra Curriculars:
Regular Summer Volunteer at an NGO that provides relief aid to drought stricken areas in India

Represented my School and College in Table Tennis Tournaments

Post MBA Goals- Product Management at a SaaS/Consumer Internet company (or) Investment Portfolio Manager at a VC firm

Hey dude,
Good to hear from you! Overall your profile is quite nice - you have some great work experience there, with at least one big name company which is fantastic. Being a co-founder should also give you a boost both in terms of having an original profile and in terms of profile strength.

Your one big weakness is that you graduated from a no-name college, and in the minor weaknesses side I would add that your ECs/Volunteer work are so-so, and that a touch higher on the GMAT could have done you good.

Your school list is a good start, but it's a bit on the "too ambitious side". I don't think you have any impossible schools on your list, but you the majority are quite challenging, and I would suggest you look into some schools in the 10-25 ranking to add to your list as well.

Thank you for the reply! I believe I've chosen most schools from 10-25 range apart from Haas and Tuck. Could you let me know a few that would be more achievable and others in the list that you feel are ambitious ?

Mostly, but your list is weighted towards the top, and this will likely make things a bit tougher. Id suggest momentarily dropping the VC goals, as if you write that in your essays, you will not do well on your application (unrealistic goals), but staying in your industry is good, so maybe add Georgia Tech, McCombs, Marshall to balance out your list.
