Hi there,
Last year I applied for the Master of Public Policy in several schools, took the GRE and got 161Q / 163V / 4.0AW.
Then I received a job offer and decided to postpone grad school. I'm planning on reapplying next year (that is, September 2017) to dual MBA/MPP programs.
I think I have a good story to tell, and I have interesting work experience: I'm Israeli, 25, had 3+ years in IDF intelligence, 1 year at the Ministry of Finance as a student, and 2 years as a Parliamentary Assistant to a Parliament member here.
However, I do want to maximise my chances of getting admitted to a top MBA program, and fear that my GRE is insufficient.
I don't know whether I should retake the GRE, or take the high road and just do the GMAT.
I'm working full-time so I do prefer retaking the GRE as I've already taken it once, but I can't decide whether that's the right call.
What do you say?
Thanks!
