Hey Riddhit,
I thin I may be missing part of your post

It starts with question 3. But I'll answer what I can here, and if you have further questions, just add the,
3. Which schools?

In general the rule of thumb is that you pick the schools based on your GMAT and not the other way around. There are a LOT of things that go on in your evaluation, but as a good rule of thumb as an Indian applicant, you wanna have about 30 points higher than the average GMAT at any school, but especially at the Top 20. If you are curious about the basis for this logic, I would suggest looking here:
https://admissionado.com/mba/3-tips-for- ... n=mba_blog4. Yes, for all schools.
5. The two BIG things missing for Indian applicants is volunteer work and the the pursuit of interests/extra curriculars. If you can get both it makes your profile a LOT better.
6. You will always need to get 1-3 recommendations for your application. They are not optional (although you are free to choose WHO recommends you.
7. Once I get your profile, no problem!

Best,
