Hi - I just took the GMAT and was hoping to get your thoughts on which schools to apply to for round 2 this year. A few facts:

GPA & Degree: 3.9+, Accounting (also have a Master's of Accounting with a 3.9+ GPA), both from a large state school
GMAT: 730 (IR-8, Q-47, V-44)
Work Experience: Tax Manager with a big 4 firm (5 years experience). Broad experience managing people, tax compliance/consulting engagements, and financial statement audits. Also involved as a firm instructor and recruiter. Promoted early to manager.

I'm looking to recruit for an IB associate position at a BB from an MBA program. Would you mind providing your thoughts as to which schools make sense given my stats and goals? Any interesting points that couldn't easily be found on the internet would be appreciated.

Well dude, your GMAT and GPA are sure in good shape. So no worries there!

I do have a few more questions for you which will help me understand your profile: Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars?

All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.

Other than that, for your goals, we have to see if they make sense. The thing is everyone (almost literally) wants to get into IB, so if you are going to go with those goals, it also has to make logical and pragmatic sense. And that's something we need to take a closer look at.
