I am a mechanical engineering graduate from NIT Durgapur with 9.2 Cgpa (*ranked 5 out of 140 in class), IELTS 7.5, 95% in 12th & 94% in 10th.
Working at Bajaj Auto Headquarter in Operations (techno-management profile), while I will be applying, I will have 1 year of experience and before joining, I will have 2 years of work experience . Will have a number of projects related to work, 2college internships,reseach Project and led college team in BAJA 2017 & 2018.
volunteered in NGO for tree plantation and climate change activities.
Have not taken GMAT yet.
How much score will be necessary for applying to MIM in ESSEC, and do I have a sufficient overall profile to be considered for ESSEC?

I would like to highlight 2 things
1) I am not able to understand you have 1 yr of WE(work experience) or you will have 1 year of WE when college will start.
2) MIM is for those people who do not have WE or have WE of less than 6 months. Many colleges do not accept you application for MIM if you have more than 6 months of WE.
I am not sure if there is any exception about above criteria of WE at ESSEC, Please check on there websites for that details before moving forward to rest of the details.

ESSEC typically prefers applicants with 6 months of less work experience so you are going to be a bit above their average. It might be worth considering waiting one more year & applying to b-school once you have 3 years of experience -- the average range at most b-schools is 3-5 years. In terms of the GMAT, either way you ideally want to aim for 700+.
