I would kindly request you to evaluate the following profile for Harvard, Stanford and Wharton Business Schools, if it's not too much trouble!
Nationality: Indian, male, currently staying in Dubai
GPA: First class honors from Middlesex University London
GRE: 328 (Quant 167, Verbal 161)
Work experience: Dad's firm (2 years - worked in accounting and finance), Deloitte Mumbai (2 years) and KPMG Dubai (3 years) across Quantitative risk advisory, valuation, and data analytics. Travelled extensively across India and the Gulf for work
Clients served: Major international Banks such as Bank of America, CitiBank, Deutsche Bank, India's banking regulator, The largest Bank in India
Current Post: Assistant Manager (Managerial Role)
Qualifications: CFA Charterholder (scored above 90th percentile in level 3), Certified Management accountant and CWA (Cost and works accountant)
Promotions: 5 promotions in 5 years, hired at a level up from Deloitte, currently at a managerial role
Extra curriculars: Opened up an NGO in India, extensively worked on CSR in KPMG, frequent volunteering at old age homes in India, member of toastmasters since 2.5 years - currently mentor to three people at Toastmasters, learning Salsa dancing since 1 year (recently had a performance)

Kindly requesting a reply on the above. If the schools mentioned in the subject are not feasible, what schools do you recommend considering my goals? I am also open to MS programs in the US. Additionally, there are certain other aspects of my application that I have not highlighted (such as the impact I've had at work, being the youngest in team for my designation, I am 25 years old and an assistant manager - the typical age of people at this level is 27 - 32).

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! You'll have a shot at these schools but to be honest it's going to be a stretch. You've quite a bit above the average years of work experience (sounds like you're currently at 7 years?) -- most schools look for applicants with 3-5 years upon matriculation and when you have more than that it's a challenge. As an Indian male you're also coming from the toughest demographic out there when it comes to b-school. That said, the good news is that you've got some family business experience and family business goals, and adcoms love to see that. The schools you're targeting are the very best in the world though & given the challenges named above, they will be more in the reach category like I said. I think you have a shot at them, but I'd broaden your target to top 15 schools and would consider applying to some European schools as well. Your age/years of experinece is one of your challenges for US schools but European schools skew older so it will be less of a challenge there.
