Average work experience for most MIM programs is 2 years while for HEC Paris it is 3 years.

Since most of the MIM candidates have little work experience when compared to their MBA counterparts schools do consider your undergraduate GPA as they have little else to judge you with. However this can be countered with a sufficiently high gmat score (to show the adcom that you won’t struggle with quant intensive subjects) and with a SOP that properly conveys your story.

Also, 6.75 from a good Indian university is not exactly a good score but it ain’t bad either. So the damage can be undone by showcasing the quality of your work experience, a high gmat score and most importantly your SOP.

Your GPA is quite low & that will be a challenge although with a high GMAT score (at least 700+ & ideally 720+) you could outweigh it. If you're struggling to hit a score that high you could also plan to wait a year to apply & get at least 1-2 more internships under your belt to help strengthen your candidacy & outweigh that low GPA. Since MiM applicants have little work experience the GPA does count more than it might for a full-time MBA program.
