BIO: Indian, F, 28yo
Undergraduate Degree: B.E in Electrical Engineering from RV College of Engg, India GPA: 8.54/10
Graduate Degree: Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California, USA GPA: 3.28/4
GMAT: Expecting 700+ (<750)
Work Experience: 6 months of internship, 4.5+ years of experience (3 years in US, 1.5 years in Ireland-present) at tech company as Design Engineer- I have been promoted to Senior engineer, I am the only person from my team, which is in the US, to work remotely from Ireland to support a few other teams in Ireland. I have taken ownership of 2 projects- one of the projects deals with cost savings to the company- and highlights communication skills and leadership qualities. I work with cross functional teams in India and US heavily- going to show teamwork and adaptability.
Extras:
-Had volunteered at an animal shelter for 6 months.
-Participated in developing a circuit board at my company that took 1-2 years (This is outside of my job description). The board is full of features and can be programmed to behave in many ways. The circuit board became a hit and it was mass produced and gifted to each employee in our firm.
Referees: Manager and colleague
Post MBA Goals: Program Manager in tech industry, Tech consultant, Entrepreneurship
Target Schools (R2): LBS, Haas, Kellogg, Judge

Based on the information that you have provided, I believe that you could be competitive for the MBA programs that you have listed. Assuming that you get a 700+ GMAT, with 5.5+ years of work experience (including international) when you start school, and a Masters degree already under your belt, you could be competitive for the programs that you listed.
What is going to determine how competitive you are and whether or not you'll be successful is going to come down to your essays and career goals. You are coming from a tough demographic being an Indian engineer. The one tougher demographic would be a male Indian engineer. You will need to demonstrate in your application why your experience in tech stands out from all the other engineer applicants. In addition, you need to have a clear vision of your short and long term goals, and how you MUST get an MBA to achieve your goals. Based on your experience, it doesn't sound like you NEED an MBA to become a program manager in tech or an IT consultant.
As for school recommendations, it would depend on your long term goals and what you're looking for in a school (i.e. class size, location, ranking, etc.)
