Hello,
I have posted my profile details below .I'd be really grateful if you could give me a candid assessment of my profile and suggest some more schools in which I have a good chance of getting accepted.

General :

Dental Specialist = Pedodontist / Pediatric Dentist

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) 64% (GPA 4.0)
2. Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Paediatric and Preventive Dentistry -Christian Medical College (ranked 3rd in the country) 61% (GPA 4.0)
3. Executive Diploma in Hospital Administration –Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) grade B

Work Experience:
5 years of Work experience + 1 year of Internship

2018 –present: Consultant Pedodontist at a Foundation
2017 –present: Entrepreneur at own private paediatric dental consulting practice
2015- 2017: Consultant Pedodontist and acting Head of Department - Dental Surgery at a rural Christian Mission Hospital
2010-11: Intern at Government Hospital
All of my work experience has been in social impact sector working for rural and urban mission hospitals/trusts with institutions that aim to make medical treatments affordable and accesible to the underprivileged.

Notable work/academic achievements:
• Personnel training, coordinating with laboratories, technicians, auditors, inspectors and suppliers
• Paediatric dental treatments, Counselling for patients and parents, dental treatments under general anaesthesia
• Conceptualized and instituted the ‘Oral Rehabilitation Program’ in Mission Hospital for treatment of special needs children under General anaesthesia, which is still continuing at the hospital
• Enrolled sponsors and Raised funds for dental equipment upgradation
• Coordinated with multiple medical specialities to provide free diagnosis and treatment to 1500 school children over 2 years
• Scholarships received every year from a Govt of India company 2007-2011 for academic excellence
• Highest scorer in class- Oral Surgery
• Two Scientific research papers published in indexed journals.

Extras:
• Sponsored by AirIndia Airlines for playing Squash and was hosted by them in Malaysia for a two month intensive squash training
• Ranked 9th in Malaysian Squash nationals and other awards in national tournaments
• Student Sports Committee Head – Cricket
• Member Organising Committee- ExtraCurricular events
• Teacher- Vacation Bible School
• Winner of multiple college awards in creative writing, ad-shows, music

Languages known:
Fluent - English, Hindi, Marathi.
Intermediate level Spanish.
Basic French.

GMAT score: 600
TOEFL: expected 100+

Post-MBA goals: management consulting,
learn how various facets of an organization work together, maximize multiple industry exposure+global experience,
to eventually leverage and amalgamate all previous experience into management positions with a social impact.

Target schools: Haas, Booth, Judge, Said, Esade, IE. Aiming for R2.
Dream school: Stanford

*With my work schedule, retaking the GMAT is not really a possibility.

Questions:
1. With my dismal GMAT score, am I being overly ambitious in target school selection?
2. In your expert opinion, are there any specific schools where my profile would be a better fit?
3. Does my profile need more work in any particular area? (other than GMAT)
4. Any general suggestions or pointers particular to my profile would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out! You have such a unique background, certainly very different from many of our other clients. Responding to your questions:

1. With my dismal GMAT score, am I being overly ambitious in target school selection?
To be frank, yes. This is going to be really hard for you to overcome. I am telling you this so you don't have false expectations. I know you say you can't re-take the exam but that's unclear why. R2 deadlines aren't until the beginning of January.

2. In your expert opinion, are there any specific schools where my profile would be a better fit?
Do you NEED to get an MBA given your line of work? Are you looking at the States as well? What about a masters in another business-related field or a business certificate to help round out your credentials? While management consultancies are open to people will all backgrounds, your experience could be a bridge too far.

3. Does my profile need more work in any particular area? (other than GMAT)
Two things: you will need to explain very clearly why you are seeking a business-related degree and how your experiences would make you a good fit and what you want to do professionally in the long-term.

4. Any general suggestions or pointers particular to my profile would be greatly appreciated.
