Please evaluate my profile below.
AGE:30
Education: ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CFA level 3 candidate, additionally i have 4 years of undergraduate equivalency from WES Canada on the basis of my ACCA, wherein my GPA is 3.19. i dont have any formal undergraduate degree from university.
Work Experience: over 6 years diversified experience, which revolves around, credit analyst at a MNC, Equity Research Analyst at one of the biggest local bank in Pakistan, and currently working as Foreign Exchange Dealer/Trader at a middle eastern based international bank in their Pakistan office.
Additional skills: i have hands on experience work experiences on Thomsan Reuters (Eikon and trading terminals), Bloomberg and SAP, and i am also trading third currency (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, JPY/USD) for my bank.
Special note: ACCA is very rigorous professional qualification, wherein less than 50% of exam candidate manage to pass the exam in a sitting worldwide. it is much rigorus and tough to pass ACCA exam, unlike any university qualification. (for some exams the pass rate is even less than 28% worldwide)
Home Country: Pakistan
Is my profile acceptable for any top MBA in the USA? which schools should i target in US? and what should be my target score in GMAT?
will the university consider my rigorous level of my ACCA while evaluating my profile? as my GPA based on evaluation of ACCA from WES Canada is 3.19 which is lower.

A: Generally speaking, yes, but you are going to have to do a lot of manual verifying with each program of interest to make sure that is in fact the case. A bachelor degree is usually a requirement, but there may be exceptions for very special cases such as yours.
Q: which schools should i target in US? and what should be my target score in GMAT?
A: Given your profile and unique circumstances, you have to do well on the GMAT. Of course, "doing well on the GMAT" depends on where you want to attend. A score of 700 is the "golden threshold" but there are many great programs that average in the 600s. As for a list, I would want to talk with you about your preferences in a program from geography and class size to learning method and focus areas.
Q: will the university consider my rigorous level of my ACCA while evaluating my profile? as my GPA based on evaluation of ACCA from WES Canada is 3.19 which is lower.
A: I am really not sure. This is such a special case that I can't definitely say and wouldn't want to mislead you one way or another. I would call a few admissions offices and ask! Many times they'll have you email the details so they can get you an accurate answer that isn't lost in translation over the phone.
One other point: you are going to have to put together a killer application from well-articulated essays to a clean and organized resume. Please let us know if and how we can help with any of those materials or overall strategy.
