JRouge00:
Assuming there is time, I strongly recommend you retake the GRE. Since your professional background does not include significant quantitative experience, SDA Bocconi (and other schools) is going to want to make sure you can handle the rigors of the MBA curriculum. I would not recommend asks the admissions committee as they won't give you a straightforward answer. They will just point you to their average scores and tell you to do what feels right.
You do not have the luxury of resting on your college performance. Your GPA is not stellar, so that puts more pressure on your GRE score. Additionally, your good performance in your math course in undergraduate is not going to cut it. If you have time, you could also take an extra math course or two but that's also not really going to move the needle. The GRE Quant section is going to be the most powerful indicator of your abilities. Studying and retaking are strongly advised.
Do get me wrong, if you are admitted you will likely need to take some pre-MBA course or training to get you up to speed on the quantitative side. These are frequently offered to incoming students such as yourself who do not come from technical backgrounds. You still just have to prove you have a baseline competency as MBA programs tend to be more math-oriented.

Good luck,
