Feb,2020 to Dec, 2020 > Enterprise Sales for an AI-SaaS startup. Early employee, owned sales process, and responsible for various clients and deals. Worked with cofounders to execute revenue strategies.
Oct,2020 to Jun,2021 > Started a travel company, ran and generated revenue for 6-8. Bootstrapped in the start, scaled up, almost raised money, then got hit by pandemic and had to scale down drastically. Will continue this as a side hustle.

Post-MBA Goals
1. Work in consulting. Why? Because I have an unbridled curiosity for understanding the world of business. And consulting will let me get my hands dirty across industries, domains, and geographies in a much shorter period of time.
2. Stay in Europe. Why? Because I find myself talking to, meeting with people that are from Europe, and engaging in cultural, historical, culinary, and musical conversations with them. I want to experience that on a more comprehensive level. Plus I will get to play and watch more football.
3. Be Truly Global. Why? I want to have a career where every couple of years I have an opportunity to live in a new country.

Besides coming from a competitive demographic (which you can't change), the biggest issue in your profile are the many jumps you have made since graduating from university. From February 2020 to July 2021 you have three different roles at three different companies. You need to think about explaining this trajectory in a way that does not reflect poorly on you. Of course, that's easier said than done!
Your post-MBA goals need a lot of refining. You are on the right path, but the reason for consulting, Europe and and global all need to be deeply personalized. Most people can lay claim to these same ambitions. I am sure you will execute that in your essays, but be wary of a cliche line of thinking.
Your ECs looks fairly good, but I would need to know more to help you determine whether you might benefit from adding one more thing to your resume.

A few follow-up questions here.
1. Regarding clear post-MBA goals, I agree and shall make them more unique and personalized in the near future. Good point on avoiding cliches. Having said that my question is, aren't these valid reasons people go into consulting or want to work across new geographies. Me, aiming at consulting and new geography is a result of a lot of introspection, talking to people who have ' been there, done that ', and my personal belief that I will ace consulting. It is not because I heard or learnt about consulting from various sources and just want to pursue it because of the prestige. Please share your opinion.
2. Regarding the gap, I had a startup idea that I wanted to work on and hence had to quit my job at the end of 2020. Everything got messed because of COVID in India which makes it look like I jumped from place to place. Now in Jul 2021 after scaling down my company I am looking for jobs in early-stage startups to be better at developing businesses and because I am an entrepreneur at heart. Does this make sense, please share your opinion.
Would startup and entrepreneurial background be a strength if I can portrait it better?
