I wish to apply to masters in finance programs for Fall '22
Background: 22, Indian nationality, but born and brought up in the middle east.
Undergrad info: 7.5 GPA/ 10 - 1st class with distinction- Bachelors in commerce accounting & finance from a well known uni in India – I was a top ranker, and graduated in 2019.
12th std – 89.2% CBSE
10th std – GPA 10/10 in CBSE, school topper and achieved 0.1% disctinction.
Also I am an ACCA affiliate, did ACCA simultaneously with my Bachelers in commerce
GMAT: To be done soon, aiming for 720+
WE: At the time of application, in total 16 months
2 months in the Finance Department of a trading & contracting company in the Middle east
2 months as an audit intern in Big 4, in the Middle east, I was then promoted to full time completing 12 months as Audit executive, (at the time of applying), working mainly on listed clients, oil and gas companies etc.
I have also contributed to the implementation of ISQM 1 in my big 4 member firm having spent several months on undergoing extensive training and performing quality management, and risk compliance testings, reporting findings to the Risk management partner.
Community service: Was among the first batch of 14 people selected from my firm to complete a Mental health Level 6 accreditation in Jan 2021, I actively help hold events and volunteer to raise awareness for Mental Health in my firm. This is an area I am passionate about.
Extracuriculars: I had been an active members for the Literary community in high school. I also like to write on a regular basis, and have received awards from the Queen of our country, as part of an initiative called Flower each spring.
Post Masters: Corporate finance, I want to be a financial analyst, move up the ladders to be CFO.
Target schools area: US & Canada.
I wish to know which schools would be the best fit with my profile.
Would T-10 be more out of reach for me? Or do I aim for safe schools as well?

No, the T-10 seem like they are within reach assuming you pull off a 720+ on the GMAT with a slight emphasis on your Quant score. You should definitely expand your list to go beyond the T-10 as that would only be wise.
How are you thinking about which schools are included in the T-10? Unlike MBA programs, the T-10 is slightly more subjective. Yes, there will be a few of the usual suspects on everyone's list (MIT, NYU, Wharton, etc.) but after that it starts to get a little gray.

I would like to know something, for schools that don't accept 3 years bachelors degrees from India, would my ACCA status count as well (eg, Kelley, UIUC etc).
I mean to say I have a letter from ACCA confirming that my qualification is equivalent to a UK masters degree.
Would like some advice regarding this, as this is a bit of a grey area.
