Q: Can you please guide me if these activities are relevant and how do they add to my profile?

A: Only the ones that are somewhat recent (during/since your bachelor degree) and those which you are actively involved are going to matter. The ones where you did something for a short bit or never took it to the finish lines are probably not worth including. In general, you get credit for extracurricular activity participation but you really get rewarded in showing serious commitment around a few major interests or themes.

Q: Also with same profile do I make cut for Harvard and Stanford or they are out of the league foe my profile?

A: Similar to the other programs you mentioned, there's nothing disqualifying you from applying to these top two programs. I suspect they might be slightly out of your reach, but you definitely have a shot. You really need a 730+ on the GMAT to be in the mix for consideration.

Good luck!
