Appreciate the post! The list of schools you provided is going to be quite challenging for a few reasons:
First, raising a GMAT score 100+ points is no easy pickle. If you can do it, great. If not, I wouldn't even bother with most of these programs. That is where I would spend most, if not all, of your time.
Second, being 34 is a real tough age for these programs. Yes, there are a handful of people who are near or above 35 in each class but they are far and few between. There's nothing you can do about this unfortunately unless you consider executive MBA or part-time MBA programs.
Third, I would rethink your post-MBA goal. Consulting is very hackneyed and this won't do you must good in trying to separate yourself. Fortunately you haven't committed to anything, so focus on refining this goal.
Do you have any extracurricular activities or leadership initiatives you can tout? That is another important consideration in one's MBA application.
