You have a compelling profile, especially for those schools. Clearly you bring good data points - GMAT and GPA - which will be immensely helpful.
It also sounds like you have had impressive work experience in terms of accomplishments and management.
Your extracurricular activities seems a bit thin, but I think you might be in a position to make them work especially if you focus on one or two impactful moments in your essays.
Your biggest issue is that you're coming from a competitive demographic - male, Indian engineer - but there's not much you can do about that! Now focus on your essays and letters of recommendation.
